The Jenin Freedom Theater in Jenin, West Bank, is a cultural institution that has gained international recognition since it began in 2004.
Nominated for this 2024 Nobel Peace Prize, the theater has come under direct attack by Israel on multiple occasions since before October 7th. Its Chairman and Artistic Director have been placed in Administrative Detention by Israel with interested parties having no access to information as to their whereabouts or prospects.

Middle East Children's Alliance, MECA, is the preferred charity of our local partner APSA (Arizona Palestine Solidarity Alliance) and of JVP Tucson. Since 1988, they have provided over $54 million in food and medical aid to Palestine, Iraq, and Lebanon.

Shop Palestine is a project of MECA supporting Fair Trade Organizations, cooperatives, non-profits and small family businesses in Palestine and the refugee camps in Lebanon.
